This is the time of year when the fruit is beginning to ripen on the tree. All the work we’ve done to feed and water the seedlings begins to provide its rewards. When it is finally ripe, the fruit may be harvested, or it may drop on its own to plant the seed of the next cycle of growth.
For me, this also means that a chapter in my life has reached it’s final paragraph–those last words that take only a quarter of the page to complete. So I’m faced with the big question: What does the next chapter have in store for me? Turn the page.
What fruits are ripening for you? How are you nurturing them? How will you harvest them?
I will still be teaching my Sunday morning 9:00am class at Yoga Society, but my classes at The Center SF will be changing, with some new dates and times.
Come on and join me in the chanting, the Bhakti devotion, the sweet energetic flow, the sweat, and the bliss!
Here is my upcoming schedule…

6pm Vinyasa @ The Center SF
11am Vinyasa @ The Center SF (but NOT August 5–The Center is closed)
9am Vinyasa @ Yoga Society
